Refund policy

Refund policy. Digipulse products are digital files delivered instantly, so they cannot be returned. If a file is damaged, will not open, or is not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@digipulse360.com with your order number and we will fix it, replace it, or refund you. If you bought the wrong product by mistake, contact us within 14 days before you download the files and we will review your request. Where local law gives you a right to a refund or withdrawal, that right is not affected. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
